In January 1, 2021 Williamson County Emergency Service District No. 4 adopted the 2018 International Fire Code. The District  adopted this fire code to regulate and govern the safeguarding of life and property from fire, medical, and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises.
